Canada Day Dinner

It's a couple of days late, but I had what I would consider a perfect Canada Day dinner at my parents' place. A summer feast - BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, new potatoes and garden fresh veg.

Since their garden has been in rhubarb overload for the last couple of months, I decided to make a rhubarb cheesecake. The photo doesn't do it justice - it tastes great. NB: I didn't include the sour cream topping that is called for in the recipe (still yummy).
