Lucky Me
Last night, as part of a networking event, I got to cook with Chef Katsuhito Inoue. We made so much food - a dish featuring teriyaki chicken, spinach, carrots and shitake mushroom, and another one with matcha rice and all kinds of seafood tempura. We started at 6:00 but didn't get to the eating part until 9:00! I was famished by then (luckily everything was delicious). The event was held at the gorgeous Miele showroom in Yaletown.
